Darius has been at the heart of the Augustin kitchen almost since the very beginning. Over the years, he has become its essential axis — demanding, meticulous, and always in pursuit of the perfect flavor. In 2025, he received the prestigious Michelin Young Chef Award, a remarkable recognition of his professionalism and creativity.
