According to Lithuanian law, gift vouchers are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• The voucher was not delivered due to a technical issue
• The voucher contains errors or incorrect information

If you experience issues with your voucher, please contact us within 3 business days via email: welcome@augustin.lt and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue

In justified cases, the voucher may be reissued or canceled with a refund.
